On August 22, 2014, an agreement was signed for the role of the investor’s supervision inspector over the implementation of the task: “Relocation of the railway line no. 97 Skawina-Żywiec on the section Stryszów – Zembrzyce along with a public road of class L as part of the investment project ‘Construction of Świnna Poręba Water Reservoir on the Skawa river’.
The subject agreement was signed between, on one side: RZGW in Krakow, represented by Stefan Sawicki – Deputy Director and Barbara Perska – Chief Accountant, and on the other side ECM GROUP Polska S.A, represented on behalf of the Company’s President Aleksander Dżoga by Proxy – Wojciech Całka.”
