We ensure complex investment realization – starting with document preparation, technical support, design preparation, through investor supervision, being substitute investor, investment management up to final financial investment settlement, start up and other activities necessary for final acceptance of the investment.

On February 20, 2015, in Wrocław, an agreement was signed between the State Treasury – General Director of National Roads and Motorways and a consortium of companies: ECMG GmbH – a subsidiary of ECM Group Polska S.A. and SGS Polska Sp. z o.o. The agreement pertained to “Supervising the design and implementation of Works and managing three Contracts:
“Design and construction of the S-3 expressway from Nowa Sól to Legnica (A-4), Task III, from Kaźmierzów interchange to Lublin Północ interchange, approximately 14.4 km in length.
“Design and construction of the S-3 expressway from Nowa Sól to Legnica (A-4), Task IV, from Lublin Północ interchange (excluding the interchange) to Lublin Południe interchange, approximately 11.3 km in length.
“Design and construction of the S-3 expressway from Nowa Sól to Legnica (A-4), Task V, from Lublin Południe interchange (excluding the interchange) to Legnica II interchange (A-4), approximately 22.6 km in length.”
ECM GmbH, as the service provider, will manage, exercise control, and provide investor supervision, as well as cooperate with the Ordering Party’s services in terms of reporting and promoting the implementation of the EU Project.
The project is scheduled for completion within 66 months.
