On May 26, 2019, ECM Group Polska signed a contract to act as the Substitute Investor / Contract Engineer, along with comprehensive investment supervision, within the framework of the project titled “CONSTRUCTION OF THE SPECIALIZED CLINIC CENTRE ‘BUDZIK’ FOR ADULTS ASSISTANCE AND REHABILITATION”.
The scope of the order includes performing factual and legal activities necessary for the execution of the Task on behalf of the Substitute Investor and for the Client.
Within the scope of the order, we are obliged to: verify and check the project documentation and conduct its acceptance; prepare and conduct the procedure for selecting a construction works contractor, including developing all necessary documentation; supervise the implementation of construction works; manage the investment, final settlement; and supervise during the warranty and guarantee period.
