On February 5, 2015, an agreement was signed between the University of Gdańsk and the consortium of companies ECM Group Polska S.A., Investment Support Agata Kozlowska, and the Law Office of Legal Counsel Irena Skubiszak-Kalinowska. The contract involves the provision of services for the complete feasibility study.
The said feasibility study will be developed for the purpose of preparing and implementing the investment project titled “Task 1 – Design and construction of a Student Dormitory in Gdańsk Oliwa with guest rooms and a kindergarten” and “Task 2 – Design and revitalization with expansion of Student Dormitory building No. 9 in Sopot,” carried out in a public-private partnership format. It also includes the provision of legal and tax advisory, economic-financial, and technical services in preparation for the implementation of the project by the Ordering Party, especially in the process of selecting a private partner and concluding an agreement with the private partner.
