The bid of the contractor to build new seat of TR Warsaw theatre is going on. The General Contractor will be chosen among four companies that were accepted to take part in the bid.
Today (14.02.2023) TR Warszawa invited the companies that were taking part in the negotiation phase as “competitive dialog procedure” to present offers. The companies are: consortium Korporacja Budowlana DORACO sp. z o.o. and Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane CALBUD sp. z o.o., Mostostal Warszawa S.A., Budimex S.A., Warbud S.A.. The final term of offer presentation is 03.04.2023.
The theatre started the procedure of General Contractor choosing in April last year. The building designed by architects from Thomas Phifer and Partners, polish architect office APA Wojciechowski so.z.o.o. and Happold sp.z.o.o., supervised by ECM Group Polska S.A. is ultra modern and equipped with many unique technical solutions. The designed solutions had to be agreed with potential contractor, so competitive dialog procedure was chosen as the most adequate.
The chosen General Contractor will build the new theatre building of 15.000 square meters. The investment is financed by Warsaw county.
The new building of the theatre and new building of the Modern Art Museum on Plac Defilad in Warsaw are ones of the most important investments included in the project “New Center of Warsaw”. Due to modernization and investment activities the center of Polish capital will be representative, green, friendly and available for everybody.
