Consortium ECM Group Polska S.A. and KSP spółka komandytowa and National Treasury – Ministry of Investment and Development signed the contract for advisory service (covering legal, financial and technical) for public part in the process of preparation and realization of investment “Construction of Konstancińskie Centrum Uzdrowiskowe”. The service shall be performed for Centralny Szpital Kliniczny Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnetrznych i Administracji w Warszawie (Central Clinical Hospital of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Warsaw)
Private partner will be responsible for design, construction, financing and exploitation, management of the object with all supporting infrastructure. After the time agreed in PPP agreement, the newly constructed building and all obligations connected with it shall be transferred to public partner.
In newly built Centrum patient will be treated for cardiology rehabilitation. The rehabilitation ward will be equipped in 50 beds, at lease one room of intensive care and reception room.
In newly built object it is planned to place also sanatorium.
Investment outlays total: ca. 103.000.000 PLN (73.000.000 PLN for the construction, 30.000.000 PLN for equipment)
