We entered into an agreement with the State Treasury – the General Director of National Roads and Motorways, represented by authorized agents, namely Mirosław Nicewicz – Director of the Branch and Jarosław Kaczor – Deputy Director of the Branch of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways in Olsztyn, for the supervision of the Works and the management of the Contract regarding the “Expansion of National Road No. 65 on the section from Gąski to Ełk (Task No. 4) and from Nowa Wieś Ełcka to the provincial border (Task No. 7).”
The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled “Expansion of National Road No. 65 on the section from Gąski to Ełk from km 52+095.62 to km 65+734.88.” It includes: constructing a new road surface with a permissible axle load of 115 kN/axle and a width of 8.0 meters, correcting vertical and horizontal curves, construction/reconstruction of culverts, dismantling of the old bridge and building a new one in Straduny, constructing and reconstructing pedestrian pathways, building bicycle lanes, expanding intersections, constructing bus bays, rebuilding the bus loop in Straduny, reconstructing parking areas, installing road lighting, tree and shrub removal/replanting, road drainage, constructing a technological channel, building/reconstructing driveways, manufacturing road safety elements, constructing noise barriers, demolishing buildings in the farmstead development in Oracze, and reconstructing existing technical infrastructure conflicting with the proposed road.
The total estimated value of the contract is above 20,000,000 euros.
