On June 25, 2014, an agreement was signed between: Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park Limited Liability Company, based in Bydgoszcz, represented by Andrzej Półgrabski – President of the Board, and ECM GROUP Polska, represented by the President of the Board – Aleksander Dżoga, acting through Rafał Kubacki, the Director of Contract Implementation.
The subject of the signed agreement is the service of performing investment supervision over the project design and execution of construction works consisting of “building an office building under the working name Entrepreneurship Incubator”, along with the necessary infrastructure on the premises of Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park Ltd. in Bydgoszcz. This includes overseeing the conformity of the execution of the project documentation with the requirements of the Client and building law regulations, the conformity of the investment realization with the project and building permit, regulations, and principles of technical knowledge, control of construction settlements, as detailed in the SIWZ (Specification of Essential Terms of Contract) and the agreement with the Contractor.
