ECMG GmbH oversees the implementation of construction works for the A1 highway.

On September 8, 2015, on behalf of the consortium of companies, ECMG GmbH – a subsidiary of ECM Group Polska S.A. and SGS Polska Sp. z o.o., Wojciech Całka, Director of Contract Implementation, signed an agreement in Katowice with the State Treasury – General Director of National Roads and Motorways, represented by authorized representatives: Wojciech Żurek – Acting Head of the Department, Łukasz Urych – Deputy Head of the Department for Economic and Financial Management of the Contract and supervision of the implementation of works for the following contracts:

  • Construction of the A1 motorway from Tuszyn to Pyrzowice, section H: from the “Zawodzie” interchange (excluding the interchange) to the “Woźniki” interchange (including the interchange),
  • Construction of the A1 motorway from Tuszyn to Pyrzowice, section I: from the “Woźniki” interchange (excluding the interchange) to the “Pyrzowice” interchange (excluding the interchange).

The primary scope of construction works includes:

  • Construction of the A1 motorway section H: from the “Zawodzie” interchange (excluding the interchange) to the “Woźniki” interchange (including the interchange), from kilometer 442+500 to kilometer 459+200, with a length of 16.7 kilometers and a concrete surface.
  • Construction of the A1 motorway section I: from the “Woźniki” interchange (excluding the interchange) to the “Pyrzowice” interchange (excluding the interchange), from kilometer 459+200 to kilometer 474+350.14, with a length of 15.15014 kilometers and a cement concrete surface.
