On November 24, 2014, the CEO of ECM Group Polska – Aleksander Dżoga, on behalf of the consortium of companies: ECM Group Polska S.A. and Collect Consulting S.A., signed an agreement with the Capital City of Warsaw. The subject of the agreement is comprehensive technical, economic-financial, and legal advisory services in preparation for the partial modernization of lighting on selected public roads in the City of Warsaw with the involvement of a private investor.

The Consortium’s task will involve advisory services divided into three stages, namely: Stage A – Feasibility Analysis Stage B – Preparation of documentation for the selection of a private investor procedure Stage C – Advisory during the private investor selection procedure.
We will have approximately 16 months from the date of signing the agreement to carry out this task.
This particular agreement is the latest in a series of PPP advisory agreements signed by ECM Group in recent months, and the second in collaboration with the Capital City of Warsaw. Discussions conducted by ECM Group with financial and legal advisors regarding cooperation in PPP advisory procedures position us as the preferred partner as a technical advisor in the creation of comprehensive advisory teams for PPP projects.
