21.10.2021 ECM Group Polska S.A. and Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad – branch in Poznań signed the contract for supervision of designing and works realization and contract management.
Description of the investment
The construction of the by-pass is the investment of national importance and is foreseen to be financed within UE 2014-2020. it is also included in the list of governmental investments “Building of 100 by-passes”.
Necessity of building this by-pass comes out of need of creation transit road system in Poland. Reduction of transit through town areas is beneficial because transit disorganizes and disturbs citizens life. Causes nuisance due to accidents, noise, fumes and vibrations. Together with standard town traffic causes traffic jams. Transit through towns causes the creation of narrow points on the roads, lowering the capacity of road system. Redirecting of the transit through newly built by-pass in the road No. 32 shall be beneficial for users and environment. Using of acoustic screens shall lower the level of noise in the housing area. For drivers the by-pass will shorten the time of travel and increase the safety (less cross roads, less connections with minor roads). Lowering the traffic in towns will increase the comfort and safety of citizens.
