On April 8, 2014, a contract was signed between: the Gdynia City Municipality, represented by the Mayor of the City, Wojciech Szczurek, whose authority is delegated to: Vice Mayor of Gdynia – Marek Stępa and the Head of the Investment Department – Teresa Horiszna, and ECM GROUP Polska, represented by the President of the Management Board – Aleksander Dżoga, whose authority is delegated to the Director of Contract Implementation – Rafał Kubacki.
The subject of the contract is the execution of a technical expertise and concept for the investment project “Reconstruction of the E. Kwiatkowski Flyover in Gdynia to full TEN-T capacity” in two parts: A and B.
Part A includes the execution of a technical expertise regarding the current technical condition and actual load capacity of the structure.
Part B involves the execution of at least a dual-variant concept for the modernization and enhancement of the structure’s load capacity to class A according to PN-85/S-10030 standard.
