We ensure complex investment realization – starting with document preparation, technical support, design preparation, through investor supervision, being substitute investor, investment management up to final financial investment settlement, start up and other activities necessary for final acceptance of the investment.

17.07.2019 in Gdynia ECM Group Polska S.A. and PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe signed the contract for management and supervision of investment realization included in the project “Improvement of the railway connection with Gdynia harbour”.
The aim of the investment is improvement of the access of the railway and transshipment possibilities through raising the technical parameters of railway i.e. adjusting the railway system (trail tracks) to the speed of 60 km/h and other railway to 40 km/h, ensuring the axle load 221kN for all trail tracks and up to 245 kN for engineering objects, adjustment of stations to serve the trains 740 meters long. I
In the investment it is foreseen i.a.: modernization of 115 km of rails, modernization of two road – rails, rebuilding and building of 13 km of roads, building of one new railway brigde, 2 new viaducts and 5 new culverts.
The realization of the investment will increase the potential of Gdynia harbour – the service of longer and heavier trains will be possible what means increase of transshipment of goods.
