We ensure complex investment realization – starting with document preparation, technical support, design preparation, through investor supervision, being substitute investor, investment management up to final financial investment settlement, start up and other activities necessary for final acceptance of the investment.

03.03.2023 ECM Group Polska S.A. signed the contract with Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o. registered in Warsaw to act as Contract Engineer for the investment task “Building of the railway No. 85, section Warszawa Zachodnia (West Warsaw – CPK – Łódź Niciarnia (without section within CPK railway junction ).
By this Contract the Orderer entrusted ECM, as the Contract Engineer, performance of the part 1, meaning railway section No. 85 between Warszawa Zachodnia (km 0 + 100) and LK11 (km 60+622)
We are responsible for acting as the Contract Engineer at the phase of elaboration of civil and executive project. During performance of civil works, acceptance and financial settlement we will act as the Substitute Investor. As the option, CPK sp. z o.o. keeps the right to order also the post realization support activity during the guarantee and warranty period.
Line No. 85 Warszawa-CPK-Łódź will be around 120 km. It will form a part of the CPK railway system, one of the basic lines for the newly built airport and the first element of KDP system in Poland. The system allows trains to go up to 250 km/h, although the final speed is planned to reach even 350 km/h.
Central Communication Port (Centralny Port Komunikacyjny) is planned as the transfer hub between Warsaw and Łódź integrating air transport, railways and road transport. In this project 37 km west from Warsaw, in the area of ca. 3000 hectares the airport “Solidarność” will be built that in the beginning will be able to operate 40 million passengers per year.
CPK will also include railway investment: hub close to airport and connections through Poland that will enable travel between Warsaw and main Polish towns taking no longer than 2.5 hour. The investment shall enable creation of 150.000 new working positions. In the area of CPK Airport City will be built. Airport City will include fair, congress and office facilities. Polish treasury is 100% owner of CPK that is treated as strategic company for national business.
